What do MOVE Practitioners do?
MOVE Practitioners are taught how to implement the MOVE Programme successfully with children and adults with severe disabilities in their own school, centre or homes.
Zac's communication
skills have improved
since being on MOVE
along with his
self-esteem.
Who can be a MOVE Practitioner?
Practitioners can be teachers, physiotherapists, parents, occupational therapists, learning assistants, therapy assistants, siblings or anyone who forms part of a disabled person's support team.
How do I become a MOVE Practitioner?
In order to become a MOVE Practitioner,
you must successfully complete a two-day training course
which teaches the principles and best practice of the MOVE
Programme. On completion of the course you will receive a
certificate and a Practitioner's Guide, designed to provide
you with support whilst using the programme.

move@move-europe.org.uk or call 020 7403 6382.
Jeanette's improvements
mean that the need
for surgery has been
delayed and, if her
progress continues,
may even be prevented.
