MOVE Shop

A number of MOVE items are available for purchase. These range from materials that will support you in using the MOVE Programme, to MOVE t-shirts for children and adults.

Manual for children (under 16)

One copy of the Manual is essential for each organisation practicing the MOVE Programme. This manual provides details on the origins and ethos of the MOVE Programme and its benefits as well as describing the six steps of the MOVE Programme. It provides MOVE Practitioners with guidance on choosing appropriate equipment along with moving and handling considerations. The 'Top-Down Motor Milestone Assessment'; the tool used to determine the current level of ability, is fully explained as are the MOVE Assessment and Prompt Reduction charts.

£100 per copy

Manual for adults (16 plus)

This manual is an adaptation of the children's manual. The theory of the MOVE Programme remains the same, but necessary changes have been made to the text, artwork and the manual handling advice. One copy is essential for each organisation practising the MOVE Programme with adults.

£100 per copy

The MOVE Assessment Profile and Mobility Passport software package

The MOVE Assessment Profile and Mobility Passport software provides the technology to create a profile for each individual using the MOVE Programme you are working with, on either a standalone PC, or integrated into a networked system, whilst taking you through the Assessment Profile's Six Steps automatically. The software also allows external media such as video clips or photos to be attached to an individual's profile. This CD-ROM is for use in conjunction with the MOVE Programme and includes the 'Top-Down Motor Milestone Assessment' and a summary of assessment results. The development of this new technology means that the Assessment Profile process can be completed without the need for excess paperwork and in a less time consuming manner. An individual learning profile for functional mobility can also be produced, stored and printed in a PDF file if required. The CD-ROM is available in 3 different licence options:

1 user - £60 5 users - £200 10 users - £350
