MOVE Training

There are two levels of training for the MOVE Programme:

Practitioner Training provides in-depth learning on how to implement the six steps of the MOVE Programme in a school or centre. Both in-house and open training courses are available.

Trainer Training provides those who have been practicing the MOVE Programme, for a minimum of a year, with the skills required to train other MOVE Practitioners within their school or centre.

If you would like to book a place on one of our courses, please download the form below. Materials to support the implementation of the MOVE Programme following your MOVE training are available from our online shop.

MOVE Practitioner Training

"A really excellent course. So thought provoking and revolutionary in the way that our children are taught. Thank you"
In-House training: For a MOVE training course to be the most effective, we recommend that the whole team around the individual is trained together (teachers, therapists, parents and carers) via an in-house Practitioner course.

The two-day in-house course trains up to 25 members of staff and family members from a school/centre on the most convenient dates for your organisation. A MOVE Trainer will be selected whose skills are tailored specifically for the school or centre's needs. All necessary training materials will be provided, and the training package also includes a MOVE Manual and a half day follow up support visit if required.

Open training: Two-day Practitioner courses held in a central location open to anyone from the team around the individual.
